ReConnect Loan and  Grant Program - USDA  


Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation (RTMC) was awarded a $2.3M grant for its Connect Moore County Project that was made available through the USDA's ReConnect Program out of the CARES Act. The 48-mile project will deliver speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second, via a 100% fiber-to-the-home network.

Search Directions:  

    Click the above link to access the USDA ReConnect Program Service Area Map

    Once the map displays, identify the search box in the top left corner and begin entering the physical address you want to search for.  

    Select the address from the drop down once it displays.  The map will zoom to the address you selected. 

    Now, you need to zoom out and if the address is identified for broadband service through the grant, it will be shaded gray for Randolph Telecommunications, blue for Time Warner Cable or Windstream.
