REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2024-02
ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SOFTWARE SYSTEM – AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT PROJECT

PURSUANT to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina sealed responses titled “RFP 2024-02 ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SOFTWARE SYSTEM” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 PM, Tuesday, December 5, 2023. 

The intent of the County is to obtain fixed price proposals for the Moore County Health Department (MCHD) to replace its current Public Health Electronic Health Record and Practice Management software system.  Federal American Rescue Plan Act funds are utilized for a portion of this project and applicable Federal laws, policies, and standards must apply for all aspects of this project.  Instructions for submitting quotes and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
