The Moore County Board of Elections will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, November 06, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the office located at, 700 Pinehurst Ave., Carthage, NC.

The purpose of the meeting is to prepare the certified executed absentee list of absentee ballots approved by the board to be distributed on Election Day per GS 163-232 (b)
